This is Leavitt's annual update of the PPACA requirement that "large" employers must report the total cost of employer-sponsored group health coverage on employees' W-2s. The matrix details which expenses must be reported, which are optional, and which are not reported. There are no changes to the law or regulations since last year. W-2 forms are due by February 1, 2016, since January 31 is a Sunday.
