Kim Faulkner

I’ve been in the insurance industry for over 30 years, and I currently serve as a commercial account manager. I’m based in Stateville, but I also service policies for our Mt. Airy, Pilot Mountain, and Lincolnton offices.

What I love most about my work is getting to know my clients—their businesses, their goals, and the stories behind them. Helping them find the right insurance solutions is rewarding, but hearing about their successes at renewal time is what really makes my day.

I grew up on the island of Bermuda, later moved to Florida, and have called North Carolina home since 2010. My two adult children have flown the nest, but I share my home with two dogs and a remarkably long-lived 11-year-old goldfish.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me reading or writing. I’m the author of a children’s book, In the Fishbowl, and I’m currently working on my next story.
