About Lisa
I started my insurance career in 2004 as a customer service representative. I worked in that capacity for 12 years, then as a sales agent for two years, and have been an insurance advisor with Griffin Owens Insurance Group since 2017.
One of my strengths is being empathetic. I am knowledgeable about personal insurance products and coverages, and I go above and beyond to resolve issues for my clients. My personal mantra is, "I do not fail. I succeed in finding out what doesn't work.”
I have a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York. I’m also an active member of Mount Zion Baptist Church in Arlington, Virginia and enjoy serving on the choir and in the youth ministry.
