“Francisco and his sales manager made our buying experience so enjoyable. Francisco was extremely friendly and helpful with a truly no sales pressure attitude. We didn’t go into the showroom to buy anything - rather to just test drive the new Q6 with the intent of potentially buying the SQ6. The sales manager offered us the 2024 SQ8 etron that they had on the lot as a potential alternative to test drive - with the hope that it may appeal to me and help them move an existing car on their lot. Smart! Needles to say after driving the SQ8 which I didn’t really consider I fell in love with it. After going back and forth a few times on my trade and the sales manager being very open about what they paid for it, and what they could do for my trade, we had a deal. It was the best sales experience I’ve had. And want especially thank the team for having the foresight to have me try out the SQ8 etron. I am totally happy with the whole transaction.
