Danielle Cowart

As an employee benefits advisor with Leavitt Group Northwest, I focus on building meaningful relationships, connecting with businesses throughout the Pacific Northwest, and helping employers find innovative healthcare and employee benefits solutions that support both their organizations and the people who make them successful.

Before joining Leavitt Group, I spent the past 11 years in real estate, earning top producer recognition every year since I began my career, helping hundreds of families with their real estate needs. My experience in real estate reinforced the importance of education, trust, and putting people first. Whether serving clients in real estate or employee benefits, I believe strong relationships are built through consistent communication, reliable guidance, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.

I grew up in Auburn, Washington, attended college in San Diego, and earned my degree from the University of Washington Business School. I am also actively involved in my community through the local Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Clubs, as well as at Cascade Christian Schools. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and four daughters, traveling, boating, attending concerts, and cheering on my kids at their sporting events.
