About Marshall

I am a commercial insurance producer and co-owner at Leavitt Group Northwest. I began my insurance career in 2015, immediately after graduating Peru State College. Insurance is what I do and all I have known.

Prior to joining Leavitt Group, I worked as a producer with HBT Insurance with a focus in commercial risks. I also worked to solidify those accounts with personal insurance for key staff and decision makers.

Clients come to me with tough risks that require a range of knowledge, including an understanding of construction practices, real estate values, and risk management. My work is all about seeing the bigger picture and providing clients with the confidence that they are fully insured and protected. This is done with an attention to detail, honesty, and attentiveness.

  I joined Leavitt Group because of the cultural fit and the opportunity to grow. Along with the market capabilities and competitive and promotional nature of the sales environment, I also value the new relationship. From day one, every Leavitt employee in Cedar City made us feel like family.

  I am a life-long member of Rotary and have worked on a variety of programs with them, including scholarship concerts, community cleanups, holiday clothing drives, mentorship programs, and community improvements. For the last several years I have worked with the Auburn Food Bank delivering meals to shut-in families. 

  I grew up in Lake Tapps, Washington. I attended Peru State College in Peru, Nebraska, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in marketing and management and pursued my athletic dreams in football and baseball. My wife, Kesha, and I live in Bonney Lake with our Goldendoodle named Baker. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, riding motorcycles, hiking, mountain biking, hunting, and fishing.
