Travis Kalamakis

With over two decades of experience in business development, commercial lending, and real estate investment, I bring a deep understanding of what it takes to protect what matters most. My career has included the co-ownership of a successful real estate firm, leadership in commercial lending, and countless strategic partnerships across industries—but at the core, my career has always been about relationships.

Earlier in my career, I worked in the insurance industry and felt a strong pull to return. Joining the amazing team at Leavitt Group Northwest allows me to do what matters most to me: help clients, their families, and their businesses feel truly protected. Through thoughtful guidance and long-term relationship building, I’m committed to making insurance personal, clear, and meaningful.

In 2018, my wife and I moved from Kirkland, Washington, to Fox Island with our two boys. Becoming part of the local Gig Harbor and Fox Island community is the best decision we’ve ever made. When I’m not working with clients, you can find me on the golf course, coaching youth sports, or hosting our annual cornhole tournament. I’m passionate about mentorship, community, and making meaningful connections in all aspects of life.
