About Fran
I started my customer service journey at 14 years old, working on a lunch truck in North Philadelphia, and I’ve never looked back. For over 25 years, I’ve carried that experience with two goals in mind: help as many people as possible and strive to be the person Mr. Rogers knew I could be. Since 2019, I’ve been a personal and commercial insurance agent.
I’m a “musician,” playing multiple instruments with varying levels of success. I live in Douglassville with my wife and you’ll usually find us either yelling at Philadelphia sports teams on TV or working on some kind of craft project. Go Birds!
