Blessing Lovelace

I began my career in employee benefits in 2022 after completing my undergraduate studies at the University of South Florida. I moved quickly into the workforce through a career development program, and that experience gave me a strong foundation in account management.

Over the past few years, I’ve gained experience supporting clients across a range of group sizes, managing renewal cycles, and serving as a primary point of contact. I’ve worked closely with both small and mid-sized groups, helping them navigate their benefits options and make informed decisions. Along the way, I earned my MBA with a concentration in HR Management and completed my SHRM-CP designation, which strengthened my ability to support organizations from both a benefits and people perspective.

In my role with ARCW Leavitt, I review benefit plans, evaluate renewal options, and help support strategies that are both competitive and aligned with each client’s goals. I also coordinate open enrollment, plan implementation, and ongoing service needs to help create a smooth experience.

Outside of work, I’m currently training for a HYROX competition with my brother, with plans to compete in 2027. I enjoy building LEGO sets, taking care of my plant collection, reading, traveling, and exploring mixology. I live in the Tampa Bay area with my cat, Se’Kani — his name means “joy.”
