At ARCW Leavitt Insurance, I partner with organizations to design and manage employee benefits programs with a focus on clarity, compliance, and long-term sustainability. My background in human resources and account management helps me connect the details—translating complex data into decisions leaders can act on with confidence.

I guide clients through renewals, collaborate closely with carriers and internal teams, and help shape programs that strengthen the overall employee experience. My work sits at the intersection of benefits, compliance, and HR strategy—where thoughtful planning can make a measurable impact.

I hold an MBA and a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in human resources. I’m currently continuing my education through the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) program and have earned the Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation.
