I'm a creative, energetic sales leader with more than 11 years of experience in HR consulting, talent acquisition, and the insurance industry. I’ve held sales and leadership roles at three of the nation’s largest brokerage firms, where I focused on crafting employee benefits solutions that balance comprehensive coverage with budgetary goals.

I hold a bachelor’s degree from Barry University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, both in Florida. My academic background, combined with real-world sales leadership experience, enables me to translate complex market options into clear, actionable plans for clients.

As a former college basketball player, I thrive in competitive, team-oriented environments. My wife, Jentry, and I are proud parents to three boys—often bonding on the court or chasing outdoor adventures. When I’m not championing benefits strategies, you’ll find me roasting s’mores on camping trips, sculpting sandcastles at the beach, or hiking local trails with our rescue dog, Dusty.
