About Arthur
I joined Leavitt Group of Colorado as a business development manager because of the people. I love working with our commercial insurance and employee benefits advisors, developing partnerships, and assisting our account management team.
I began my career in 2012, selling voluntary benefits. I then moved to group health insurance and sold benefits administration software before returning to group health sales in 2023. In 2025, I began working in business development and channel partnerships.
My clients always know they can trust me and rely on me to provide them with accurate and timely answers to their questions. I continue to be proactive in providing updates and industry knowledge about topics that clients may not be aware of.
I grew up in Overland Park, Kansas, and have a Bachelor of Science in Advertising/Sales from the University of Kansas. My wife and I have three young children, whom we adopted through foster care, and we live in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. I love our tight-knit and friendly community.
My favorite pastime is reading. On average, I read five books a month. I also enjoy exercising and watching TV, but not in that order.
