About Betsy
My insurance career began as an office assistant. After receiving my property and casualty insurance license, I started working in the personal insurance department as an advisor and manager for about 10 years.
When an opening became available in our commercial insurance department, I decided to take that position and have been working in this area for about five years. I have also earned my Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation.
I grew up in the San Luis Valley and have lived here most of my life. I attended Trinidad State Junior College and graduated with an AAS degree in business.
My husband and I have been married for 13 years and between the two of us we have 8 children and 16 grandchildren. We love spending time with our grandkids, but we also like camping, fishing, and hunting. Trujillo Meadows is one of our favorite get-away locations.
