While a lot of insurance companies feel like car salesman (or women) and you walk away not knowing if you're getting the best deal, my own personal experience (both with my personal insurance and business) is that Michael is very up front and honest...to the point he's suggested I look elsewhere prior to committing to his bid. That, in and of itself, makes me trust him. There have been times I've gone with other insurance companies due to price BUT I always come back because his knowledge and customer service is very hard to find. He's kind, to the point AND educates you when you don't understand the insurance lingo.
