Gabriela Caetano

I’m an account executive and team lead at Leavitt Pacific Insurance Brokers, working with clients on complex benefits strategies while also helping create consistency, efficiency, and exceptional service across our team. I enjoy finding ways to simplify complex challenges, improve processes, and use technology to deliver better outcomes.

Before joining Leavitt Pacific, I spent nearly 11 years with the same organization, partnering with executive leadership and HR teams on benefits strategy, compliance, employee engagement, and long-term planning. I earned a bachelor's degree in communications from San José State University and hold a SHRM-CP certification.

I’m originally from San Jose, California, and have a very tight-knit family. My husband and I have two sons, and large Brazilian and Portuguese extended families, so we have a strong support system. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, painting, and giving back to my community through volunteer service.
