This is a First Class Insurance Company! We have never received this kind of service of helping us to findbetter ways of insuring or saving us money without lessening any coverage. We have not experienced this with any priorcompany. You just received a notice or if lucky...a call telling you your annual amount was due. This company\'semployees are also more than just courteous, they are actually friendly and very helpful on every call. I never had tocall back to remind them of getting an answer for us. They were back with answers very quickly. Use them withconfidence. I am sure you will only be thankful for what you get.

Staff answers phone, or responds timely, rates are fair, and probably the thing that stands out the mostis the amount of time the broker spent with me weighing the pros and cons of renting my boat to strangers. Ended up notrenting our boat, was the right decision appreciate the information that was provided, so I knew what the risks were vs.the reward, same decision may not be true for everyone the point being, time was spent with us so we could decide forourselves what insurance package to purchase.
