About Nikki
Originally from North Texas, Nichole joined HBT insurance in December of 2010 and works alongside Bob Klontz to provide our clients with excellent service.
Nichole strives to give clients the right coverage at a great value with our variety of insurance products. She focuses on serving the Texas market; servicing customers with auto, home, and umbrella policies. In addition to Nichole's insurance skills, she assists with our marketing and social media and provides support to other team members.
Nichole is committed to our community and is involved with her family as they support various volunteer efforts. She is certified with the Auburn Community Emergency Response Team (CERT). CERT trains in disaster preparedness, emergency management, fire safety/suppression, disaster medical operations, light search and rescue, disaster communication, disaster psychology, and all-hazards identification and awareness, including terrorism.
Outside of work Nichole enjoys photography, collecting antique cameras, and refurbishing old furniture.
