Our Auburn office (formally HBT Insurance) was founded in 1936 as a small hometown agency with a vision of providing uncompromising service to our customers. By adhering to our guiding principles and putting our clients first, we’ve since grown into a modern, technologically advanced company.
The difference in our approach is that we do more than just sell insurance. We partner with our clients to analyze their exposure and then present them with well-researched options that will satisfy their insurance needs.
This entails thorough product knowledge, competitive pricing, superior individualized service, and a deep well of insurance products to draw from. Our professional staff takes seriously the responsibility entrusted to us … to protect the things you hold dearest. We will work with you to keep you, your family and your business secure. And should you ever experience a loss, we will work by your side to see that you get a fair, prompt settlement of your claim.
