Abigail is a Commercial Account Manager at Leavitt Piedmont Insurance. She also manages our social media and marketing and directs our Culture Club for the agency. She plays a vital role in supporting our commercial producers with a detail-oriented approach to her work. In addition to managing smaller commercial accounts, she also provides training to staff on AMS and other programs used within the agency. Abigail values the culture at Leavitt Group, particularly the organization’s strong emphasis on family and appreciation for employees.

Originally born in Atlanta, Georgia, Abigail spent most of her childhood in the Greensboro, North Carolina area. She is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG). Since joining the agency in April 2017, she has contributed in a variety of ways, including handling administrative responsibilities and offering support for personal lines. Her client philosophy centers on helping people understand their coverage and ensuring they have the protection they need.

Outside of work, Abigail dreams of one day living by the beach. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, doing puzzles, playing games, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs. She affectionately says she “channels her inner Grandma” through her love of crocheting and baking. Abigail is close to her brother and new sister-in-law, and she cherishes time spent with her parents. An avid animal lover, she has two rescued cats and a soft spot for all kinds of creatures.

Her favorite restaurant is Blue Agave, where she enthusiastically recommends the Trio Special—but insists everything on the menu is excellent. One of her guiding principles in life comes from her mother: “Happiness is a choice that you make.”
