We believe that insurance is more than policies and protection — it’s about people, families, and the communities we call home. That belief inspired our recent donation drive, and the response exceeded our expectations in every way.
A Wave of Generosity
We set out simply to help — and our community showed up. By the end of the drive, we’d collected four pickup trucks full, a 15-foot trailer, and an SUV stuffed with food and essentials. Volunteers and community members came together to unload, sort, and deliver — filling pantries and refrigerators that had been emptied. Local partners told us they had been running low, and our contributions helped restock them just in time.
Expanding the Reach: Helping Schools Across Counties
We didn’t stop with one location. We currently have three ongoing donation initiatives benefiting schools in three different counties:
- Preschool Support – One preschool lost its snack funding, and we’re stepping in to help ensure little ones have healthy food available.
- High School Student Center – A high school is creating a space where students struggling with housing insecurity can shower, wash clothes, and access a full pantry. On weekends, students can even take food home for their families.
- Middle School Pantry + Learning Materials – One middle school works hard to provide both learning essentials and snacks to students in need; we’re supporting their pantry replenishment efforts.
Our goal: wherever there’s a gap, we want to help fill it — whether that means a meal, school supplies, or daily necessities.
Community Impact & Local Stories
One of the campaigns we supported recently was featured in a local newspaper, highlighting efforts where residents assisted the Ibapah Goshute Tribe food pantry. We know from community partners that the need was great and that local contributions made a real difference.
These stories remind us that need isn’t always visible until you step into that community. They also show how many generous people are ready to help when prompted with an opportunity.
Why We Do It
We do this work not for recognition, but because we see faces, read stories, hear concerns. We see students who worry about what’s for dinner, parents juggling resources, schools trying to stretch every dollar. As an insurance agency rooted in these communities, we have a role to play beyond business — a chance to support resilience, dignity, and hope.
