JC Scrogum

I’ve worked in a handful of industries, including sales, construction, development, and trucking. My father was in insurance for more than two decades and I’ve now been in insurance for nearly a decade myself. I focus primarily on agriculture, construction, and medium to large commercial insurance. I also help companies focus on all areas of risk management.

I graduated with a bachelor’s degree from BYU-Idaho in public health and have 30+ hours training in OSHA courses. A focus on continual learning in risk management helps me empower my clients and achieve positive outcomes.

Community involvement is an important part of my life. I’m a board member of the Turkey Box Fund, a non-profit that feeds Thanksgiving dinner to over 1,000 families every year. I also coach high school football and have five state championships.

I grew up in Idaho Falls, married my high school sweetheart, and we have two daughters and one son. I love sports and vacationing with my family. I also love that the mountains are in our backyard — Bills Island is my favorite hangout.
