About Mary Kay
I have been with our agency for over 40 years, through several owners and mergers. I truly enjoy my work with Leavitt Group Southwest where I focus on both personal and business insurance and strive to always be pleasant and helpful to our clients.
Before my work in the insurance industry, I was an executive secretary to two vice presidents of a manufacturing company. After moving to insurance, I earned both my Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) professional designations,
I love serving in my community and have belonged to the local Deming Kiwanis Club for over 25 years. I’m also active in my church as a treasurer and leader of our adult Sunday School class. My personal mantra is from Philippians 4:13¬ – I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
In my free time I love to read, watch movies, and crochet. I have made many afghans to give to organizations in our community including the homeless and women's shelter.
