I’m the operations manager at Leavitt Group Southwest where I provide support and training for our personal and commercial insurance advisors. My insurance career began in 1989. I love my work because of our great team and the opportunity to learn and make a difference in people’s lives.
My goal is to listen and communicate well with our staff and clients by providing guidance, problem solving, and attention to detail. I truly enjoy helping people succeed.
I am a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), a Certified Risk Manager (CRM), and I have a bachelor’s degree in business administration from New Mexico State University.
I grew up in Carlsbad, New Mexico and am married with two children. I love spending time with family and friends and being outdoors if the weather is nice. I also prioritize time for Pilates, yoga, and travel.
