About Erin
I was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and attended Cleveland State University where I received a degree in organizational leadership. I have over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, beginning my career at Cleveland Clinic managing the self-funded employee health plan, servicing almost 50k employees.
Prior to joining Leavitt Group in 2015, I served on the leadership team of a large third-party health plan administrator. I joined Leavitt Group because of their national reputation of integrity. The genuine respect and collaboration we have with our team, our clients, and our communities is unparalleled.
My passion for challenging the status quo in the industry drives significant value for my clients. By implementing strategically tailored benefit designs, my clients experience measurable cost savings, employee retention, and consumer-driven engagement amongst membership. I have a strong focus on fiduciary oversight of self-funded plans, earning the trust and confidence of employers throughout the country.

While many benefits professionals identify niche specialties, I have significant experience in several areas that directly correlate to reducing employers’ risks and total cost, including cost mitigation strategies, captive insurance arrangements, and employee benefits.
As an active community member, I stay involved in many community initiatives involving Montana’s youth, including Make a Wish Montana, Youth Dynamics, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, and Billings Catholic Schools. I’m a published author, experienced national presenter, and recipient of several local and national awards.
I am a Certified Self-Funding Specialist (CSFS), a licensed health, disability, and life insurance agent, and a certified pharmacy technician. I was named one of Billings, Montana’s “40 Under 40” by Billings Gazette in 2021.
My husband, Jarrod, and I have two young daughters, Lincoln and Remco. In my free time I enjoy traveling, skiing, cooking, writing, and interior design.
