Tyler Woodruff

I am a commercial insurance agent at Powers-Leavitt Insurance, where my team and I focus on construction risks, as well as multi-family property management companies. We help insure over 100,000 apartment units throughout the United States and serve a variety of contractors. Our strength lies in our ability to pull different financial levers to get our clients the best value for their risk management and insurance programs.

I especially enjoy serving in the community. I’m a member of the Arizona Multi-housing Association and was recently appointed to the board of directors for the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of Arizona (IIABAZ).

Before I began in the insurance industry, I owned a mobile car detailing business that I started when I was just 17 and operated it until I graduated from college and sold it. I started college at BYU but later transferred to UNLV, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a focus on finance.

My roots are in Las Vegas — I grew up and met my wife there. We have been married for three wonderful years and love traveling, being outdoors, playing tennis or volleyball, and trying different restaurants. Even though I started out in Vegas, I’m so excited to be in Arizona now!
