With more than 17 years of experience in the employee benefits industry, including previous roles with Gallagher and USI Insurance Services, Ring works with employers to develop benefits strategies that support employee health while managing healthcare costs.
Ring primarily works with organizations ranging from 250 to 1,000 employees, with a particular focus on groups in the 250-to-600-employee range. His areas of focus include population health management, alternative funding strategies, employee engagement, and proactive benefits planning.
"Many employers are spending more than necessary on healthcare benefits," Ring said. "By understanding employee health risks, encouraging engagement with primary care, and addressing underlying health conditions early, organizations can often lower costs while maintaining strong benefits for their employees."
His approach focuses on helping employers better understand their workforce's health profile, identify opportunities for preventive care, and develop long-term strategies that support both employee well-being and financial sustainability.
