What more could you want in an insurance agent?

I was creating a new corporation, and I needed liability insurance. It was such a stressful time for me: not only creating a corporation (mountains of paperwork), but also taking care of my aging mother, spending quality time with my new bride, preparing for Christmas...

I sent out requests for quotes from three different companies, and waited three weeks for a quote. Crickets. In spite of repeated panicked phone calls, no progress towards getting a quote.

That all changed when I started working with John. Calm, competent, patient, dedicated, he turned my world around, got me a quote quickly, and saved my marriage. 

I really appreciate John's professionalism and going the extra mile for me.

His taking the proactive step of recognizing and recommending a change to contract language really is a feather in his hat and has helped me start off on the right foot with a better product!

We have been a client of Leavitt Group for many years. We are a private, members only RV park. We have had the same rep for our insurance need for many years. In early 2022, our rep retired. John was assigned our account. It was a painless transition. John visited our park to get a first hand look what we are all about. With that first hand knowledge, John was able to secure what was best for our RV park and with premiums that were reasonable.

John has been my Insurance agent for 14 years now and I could not be happier. 

Whenever I have a question he gets back to me very fast. Every year when it is time to renew he shops other carriers to make sure that the insurance I have still fits my needs the best and makes sure there have not been any changes in my company which may change the type of insurance I currently need.
