I’m a commercial insurance broker at Leavitt United Insurance Services, with over 20 years of experience advising organizations on complex risk transfer strategies and insurance program design. I work closely with manufacturing and landscaping companies to help leadership teams mitigate operational risk, protect financial stability, and ensure their insurance programs perform as intended.

I began my career in a captive insurance environment, building a strong technical foundation in coverage structure and carrier requirements. As my clients’ operations became more complex, I moved to Leavitt Group to access a broader range of national and specialty carriers. Today, I design tailored insurance solutions aligned to each client’s specific exposures, with a focus on identifying coverage gaps, eliminating inefficiencies, and strengthening protection, often without increasing overall premium.

A core part of my work includes comprehensive policy audits, custom endorsements when standard coverage falls short, and hands-on advocacy during the claims process to help drive fair and timely outcomes. I serve as a trusted advisor to ownership and executive teams, bringing clarity to risk, coverage intent, and long-term cost control. I’m fluent in English and Spanish, which helps me build strong partnerships across diverse organizations.
