Shannon Collins

Born and raised in California, I began my insurance career in 2017 working for a local agency before joining Leavitt United as part of the operations team. As a remote employee now living near Charlotte, NC, I oversee both the administrative and operations departments, helping ensure all areas of the organization run smoothly and efficiently. My focus is on creating strong workflows, supporting collaboration between departments, and making sure our administrative team provides dependable, high-level support across the entire organization. I take pride in being organized, dependable, and helping teams succeed behind the scenes.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending as much time outdoors as possible. Whether it’s running, paddle boarding, boating, or getting in a workout on my Peloton Bike and Tread, I love staying active and embracing new adventures. I’m also a huge sports fan who enjoys attending NASCAR races, cheering on my hometown team the San Francisco 49ers, and rooting for the Clemson Tigers football team. Most importantly, I love spending quality time with my two amazing children, our three fur babies, and family.
