Allison Shepherd

Allison Shepherd is a client operations manager with Woodruff Leavitt Insurance, where she supports new business accounts with a focus on the habitational industry. Since joining Leavitt Group in 2008, Allison has built a strong foundation of industry experience and a reputation for being thorough, thoughtful, and client focused. She helps clients navigate the details of their accounts while looking for practical, creative solutions that meet their needs in a fiscally responsible way.

Allison holds a Master of Science in Sport Management and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, both from Northern Illinois University. Her education, combined with her years of experience, gives her a well-rounded perspective and a steady approach to problem solving. She enjoys digging into the details, understanding each client’s unique situation, and finding ways to make the process as smooth and effective as possible.

Outside of work, Allison spends much of her time watching sports with her husband and two children. Whether she is supporting clients or cheering on a favorite team with her family, Allison brings the same energy, attention to detail, and genuine care to the people and communities around her.
