April Tuzon

As an insurance professional since 2005, I have years of experience serving commercial and residential contractors, especially those in high-end custom homebuilding, remodeling, and development. I understand the demands of the construction industry and take pride in being a dependable partner who helps clients stay protected, compliant, and ready to grow.

I’ve worked with contractors of all types of specialties, including general contractors, custom homebuilders, remodelers, HVAC professionals, LROs, and organizations in the social services sector. Each day, I handle a high volume of service work: issuing certificates, processing policy changes and endorsements, managing audits, cancellations, finance agreements, and property and casualty claims. I also prepare thorough renewal documentation and work closely with Tyler Woodruff, my executive agent, and our clients to answer questions, resolve concerns, and maintain smooth policy operations.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband of 20+ years, our two sons, and our two dogs. When we’re not going to the gym or church, we’re either tackling a home project or heading out for a weekend of camping, hiking, fishing, or exploring Arizona. Fresh air and family time keep me grounded and energized.
