Lyne Ippoliti

Lyne has more than 30 years of experience in insurance and risk management, with knowledge spanning brokerage operations, corporate risk management, captive programs, and claims advocacy. Her unique background includes experience as both an open-market broker and an in-house risk manager for major residential builders, giving her a comprehensive understanding of risk from both the client and insurance carrier perspectives.

She began her career as a licensed insurance agent focusing on niche coverages before advancing to roles with regional and national brokerage firms. Throughout her career, Lyne has led risk management programs for organizations including Warmington, Watt Companies, and John Laing Homes, with a strong focus on residential construction and complex liability exposures.

Her knowledge base includes workers' compensation claims advocacy, OCIP/Wrap-Up programs, contract review, surplus lines placements, litigation management, and proactive loss control strategies.

Lyne is also deeply committed to improving safety throughout the construction industry. As a founding co-chair and former chair of the Southern California Builders Safety Alliance, she helped unite major homebuilders to establish consistent safety practices across regional job sites. She served on the National Homebuilder Risk Management Committee, where she collaborated with industry leaders to address emerging risks and develop effective prevention strategies.

Beyond her professional work, Lyne is a proud member of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), a non-profit association dedicated to supporting underfunded local charities throughout the greater Las Vegas area. She currently serves as Chair of the Scholarship Gala Committee, where she leads fundraising efforts that provide four scholarships to deserving recipients each year.
