Before getting into insurance, I worked as a storm restoration consultant, helping homeowners navigate insurance claims after damage and making sure they got the coverage they were entitled to. I also spent time as an analytical laboratory technician in the chemical manufacturing and engineering space, where I focused on improving processes and solving problems in technical industries like aerospace, defense, and medical manufacturing.
