About Yalile
Growing up in a family of business owners gave me a firsthand understanding of the hard work, dedication, and sacrifices it takes to build a successful business. After high school, I worked alongside my father in his asphalt company, driving dump trucks and hauling materials to job sites. That experience taught me the value of strong relationships and gave me a deep appreciation for the challenges business owners face every day.
I later joined an insurance agency in Leesburg, where I serviced personal lines accounts and discovered my passion for the insurance industry. When I joined Griffin Owens, now Leavitt Capital Insurance, I transitioned into commercial insurance and eventually became a Commercial Risk Advisor.
Today, I work closely with business owners to design insurance programs that fit their unique needs. My role goes beyond providing insurance coverage. I help clients identify risks, plan for the future, and put strategies in place to help protect what they've worked so hard to build.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, trying new foods, and spending time with family. I love discovering new places and making new memories along the way.
