Annie Couch

My insurance career started in 2004 with employee benefits and in 2006 I became licensed and moved over to commercial insurance. My goal is to help my clients understand how their insurance coverage works to protect them at their time of loss and as well as helping them to understand the difference between required coverage and optional necessary insurance protection.

Prior to working at FIDA I worked in commercial insurance for 15 years and in 2020 I began my career with First Independent Descamps. I enjoy interacting with clients daily to help resolve any insurance concerns and this also allows me to continue to learn on a daily basis. Some of my achievements include a Bachelors degree in Project Management along with Customer Service Rep of the year in 2014 & 2015 with my previous employer.

When I am not at the agency I love spending time with my two children. I love to fish and hunt with my son and spend time doing crafts with my daughter. On occasion you will also find me working on home improvement projects.
