Shane Anderson

Shane Anderson focuses on loss control for Leavitt Great West, where he uses claims advocacy to help businesses safeguard their people, operations, and future. With a background as a Safety Specialist at Sibanye Stillwater’s Metallurgical Complex, Shane brings hands-on experience in workplace safety and risk management that allows him to provide practical, real-world guidance to his clients.

Shane believes that trust and relationships are at the heart of great service. He takes pride in being more than a consultant he’s a partner and advocate for his clients. His approach is simple: serve with integrity, communicate clearly, and always follow through. He understands that details matter, especially when it comes to protecting what clients have worked so hard to build, and he values the long-term relationships that grow from that trust.

Outside of work, Shane enjoys fishing, hunting, bowling, and camping especially at Tongue River Reservoir, where the family spends many weekends on the water. He’s also a fan of great local food. Shane was drawn to the Leavitt Group’s positive culture and people-first values, and he’s proud to be part of a team that shares his commitment to service, safety, and community.
