Although I no longer live in the Herndon-Reston area, their services are statewide, so I can continue to deal with Jeff and others in his office, but can also call local agents he knows in the Nationwide network. Highly recommended. 

They were able to do the leg work for me to find us a new policy when many companies weren't willing to write us a policy because of weather-related roof claims on our other house. Really appreciate them continuing to try until we got a great policy with Allstate.
