About Marta
I began working in the insurance industry in 2009, joined the Griffin Owens team in 2011 and have been here ever since. I currently serve as a senior account executive for our personal insurance department.
Insurance is not just a job for me, it’s a career, and I am proud to be an insurance advisor. I set myself apart from other agents by finding creative solutions to problems. It makes me happy to assist clients in understanding exactly what is occurring with their policies and coverages.
I grew up in a small town in Portugal and moved to Virginia in 2005. I met my husband in 2007 and we have two amazing sons. I love being home with my family and cooking with them. My son always tells me I should open my own restaurant.
