I’m the president and co-owner of Kysar Millennium Leavitt. I began my insurance career working at Kysar in 1982 and have been president of the agency since 1990. Having been involved in a variety of industries, I am able to understand what risks businesses are facing and develop plans to address them. My areas of focus are in the construction and energy industries.
I earned the Commercial Insurance Councilor (CIC) designation in 1990. I’ve served as the chairman of the board of the Independent Insurance Agents of New Mexico and on the agents’ advisory council for Liberty Mutual and Travelers.

I graduated from New Mexico State University in 1982 with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
I was born and raised in Farmington, New Mexico. I’ve been married for 33 years and have two children and three grandchildren. I love to play golf and spend time with my family in the mountains.
Kysar Insurance was founded in 1958 and merged with Leavitt Group in 2016 to form Kysar Millennium Leavitt. We decided to merge with Leavitt Group to gain the strength and resources of a national firm while also maintaining an ownership position within the business. By doing so, we can bring value to our clients beyond the product of insurance.
