We are pleased to offer an online payment option for premiums due to Leavitt Insurance Agency. A 3.75% fee applies to credit card payments, and a $4.25 fee applies to ACH payments. We accept all major credit cards. Please have your customer number and ZIP code ready.

Please note: If your payment needs to be made directly to your insurance company, refer to the statement or invoice provided by the insurance company for their payment options.
