About Josh
I am one of the relatively small number of Las Vegas natives, having been born and raised in the northwest part of town. I attended Brigham Young University (Go Cougars!) and graduated with a B.S. in Business Management. I have worked as an independent agent since 1999, with my focus largely on construction, recreation/adventure, and government contractors. In 2015, I pivoted more into loss control and risk management, focusing on helping our clients maintain safe and effective work practices.
Leavitt Group has always been home to me. It has been a great adventure to work with family, both those who are related from birth and those who have joined our office family. It is incredibly satisfying to work with an organization built by people who act with integrity and put honesty and clients above all else. My goal is to take clients from wherever they are and help them get better.
I am married with five kids, all of which I love to drag into the outdoors as often as possible. As a family we enjoy camping, rappelling, hiking, and cycling. You can find me doing just about anything that keeps me and my family moving out in God’s beautiful creations.
