I am a claims manager at Leavitt Insurance Agency and I’m really good at multi-tasking. Handling and resolving claims can be a stressful process, and I do my best to lend a supportive hand when our clients are going through it. I make sure to always stay calm, explain the process, answer questions, and deliver on the promises I make.

I’ve always worked in the insurance industry in a variety of positions, from file clerk, to switchboard operator (back when switchboards had physical plugs!), to adjuster. I joined Leavitt Group because I loved that they were family owned and operated, and their leadership is fantastic.

I grew up in Westport, Massachusetts! I graduated with honors from Westport High School and attended the Kinyon Campbell Business School before going on to get a degree in funeral science. I lived in Las Vegas for nearly 30 years before moving back to be close to my younger brother and sister in Westport. Even though it’s a seaside town, I’m not the biggest fan of seafood. However, I do enjoy some good fish and chips and clam cakes.

In my spare time, I enjoy serving my community as a member of the Order of The Eastern Star. I also love to read, go to the theater, spend time with my two cats, Spencer Reid and Monkey, and try new mom and pop restaurants. In the fall, I like going to all the rummage sales, yard sales, and craft fairs.
