BB&H starts early in the process of reviewing the benefit needs of our organization. They review our requirements and work with carriers to meet our needs. Introduces new benefits for us to consider and many are those that the industry is utilizing. Offers Employee Navigator to integrate with our payroll system. This integration is a time saver to the Human Resources department as it feeds off of our hiring and termination process. This has been a time saver for payroll. Open enrollment is handled by BB&H.
