Andrea Nanez

Andrea has been working in the employee benefits field for since 1997. She began her career at a local brokerage firm right after graduating from Santa Barbara City College with an Associate’s degree in office information systems. That is where she met, and later joined, Deborah Babineau and Marice McKeegan when they founded BB&H Benefit Designs. Today, Andrea uses her skills to design, implement, and manage benefit programs for small-group employers.

Andrea has a passion for helping her clients develop comprehensive, cost-effective employee benefit programs that meet their distinct needs. She is primarily responsible for developing new business and has a clientele mixture of corporate and non-profit industry employers that range from 2 to 100 employees. Andrea also serves as BB&H’s bilingual liaison, conducting many of the companies’ Spanish enrollment meetings.

Most weekends, Andrea can be found on the basketball court bleachers cheering on her sons, both of whom are on traveling teams. She loves to do anything that involves spending quality time with her family - especially hiking, cooking, bowling, and walking the dogs. She also loves to stay fit by working out and eating healthy.
