About Deborah
Healthcare consulting is problem solving for the employer and its employees. This is what attracted Deborah Babineau to become a health insurance broker. A degree in economics from UC Santa Barbara, and a strong desire to help people, led to the high-touch service model that BB&H was founded on in 1997.
With their recent affiliation with Leavitt Group, BB&H Benefit Designs continues its core values of serving their clients, supporting the community, and providing a fun and rewarding work environment for their team.
In her spare time, Deborah serves on the board for the Santa Barbara Neighborhood Clinics and the HR committee of Casa Pacifica Centers for Children and Families. She enjoys running, tennis, and spending time with her husband and two boys at soccer pitches all over Southern California.
