Andrea has 15 years of experience working in the behavioral health and medical field. This gives her a unique understanding of the needs of the clients we serve.
Now, as a Specialized Customer Service Representative she works closely with behavioral health and recovery organizations to place and manage their insurance coverage. Her experience working with community partners to place patients in appropriate treatment facilities based upon their unique medical and mental health needs gives her insight into how coverage decisions are made and how programs should be handled. Her extensive knowledge of Medication Assisted Treatment programs, licensing requirements, dual diagnosis populations, and years building a rapport with the treatment community allows her to work with clients to address risk considerations, strengthen submissions, and support long term insurability as programs grow.
