Teri Frankel

I have been consulting with business owners and their families for three decades. My experience spans a range of disciplines, including employee benefits consulting, business and personal insurance planning, and healthcare reform compliance. I have helped thousands of people protect their businesses, families, assets, and financial future.

I became the Co-owner and Managing Principal of Leavitt Insurance Services of Los Angeles, Inc. on January 1, 2016, after spending 20 years as the President of Taking Care of Benefits Insurance Solutions.

As a Certified Covered CA insurance agent and a PPACA healthcare reform specialist, I was honored as the 2018 Insurance Professional of the Year for Innovation Leadership by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal. In 2015, I was recognized as one of “America’s Top 10% Most Honored Professionals." I participate on Anthem’s Executive Leaders Broker Advisory Council and Kaiser Permanente’s Broker Advisory Forum, and am an active member of the Los Angeles Association of Health, the Valley Industry Commerce Association, PIHRA, and ProVisors.

When not working, my husband, Alan, and I enjoy hiking, traveling, wine and beer tasting, attending Dodger Games, and hanging out with our children and granddaughter.
