    Leavitt Group will match elective deferral contributions up to 3%1 of eligible compensation2.

    Preventative care 100% covered by Delta Dental plan. Basic and major work require a $50 per person per year deductible. Dental plan covers 80% of basic work, 50% of major work.

    Vacation—includes 10 national holidays, 2 optional holidays, and between 10–20 days depending on length of service.
