David Perez

I am a Benefits Account Executive with Leavitt Central Coast Insurance Services and have been proud to be part of the Leavitt team for more than three years. I partner with employers to develop, implement, and manage employee benefits programs, helping clients navigate renewals, compliance requirements, benefits administration, employee communications, and long-term benefits strategies.

I am passionate about building strong relationships and serving as a trusted resource for my clients. My goal is to simplify the complexities of employee benefits and provide practical solutions that support both business objectives and employee well-being. I take pride in delivering responsive service, personalized guidance, and a positive client experience.

In addition to my client-focused role, I am an active member of our Social Media Team and Culture Crew, where I help promote employee engagement, celebrate team successes, and contribute to the positive culture that makes Leavitt such a great place to work.

I was born and raised in Salinas, California, and am proud to serve businesses throughout the Central Coast community. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and making memories with my two beautiful fur babies, Layla and Lucy. I’m also a devoted San Francisco 49ers fan and enjoy cheering on the Niners every chance I get.
