Jordan Pratt-Thatcher

My background is in sales where I excelled as leader and trainer. I attribute much of my sales success to the unique skillset I honed while pursuing my career in acting, screenwriting, and producing in Los Angeles. Now, I’m taking those skills and transferring them to the insurance industry.

I’m excited to focus on commercial property and casualty insurance with Leavitt Group. I am very skilled at listening and identifying clients’ needs to quickly solve issues. I take pride in putting the needs of my clients first — their success is my success. 

I am passionate about giving back and playing an active role in my community. I am a member of the Big Sur Land Trust, which is dedicated to land conservation and education efforts across Monterey County. I am also the co-chair of the Emerging Leaders Society through United Way Monterey County. I'm a firm believer in making connections everywhere I go and believe we can all work together to make the Central Coast the best place to live and work. 

I grew up in Minnesota, just outside the twin cities, and graduated from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre. I also graduated from the “Dale Carnegie Foundations for Success” manager training program for fast-track managerial employees.

My hobbies include hiking, surfing, trail running, and comedy. I love exploring new trails and traveling with my wife, who is a Central Coast native. Our favorite local hang outs are The Sardine Factory restaurant and Andrew Molera State Park.
