Tyler Conn

I’ve spent the last 10 years in the insurance industry, working on both the carrier and agency sides of the business. My background includes claims, risk control, underwriting support, and sales.

What I enjoy most about insurance is getting to know my clients and helping them to be properly protected. I take the time to understand each business, identify potential risks, and find practical coverage solutions that fit their needs. Having worked through the claims process, in risk management, and in the construction industry, I bring a well-rounded perspective to every conversation.

I graduated from Shawnee State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and love being involved with our community as a volunteer with local United Way. I’ve also worked hard to earn several insurance designations including CPCU, ARM, and AINS.

My wife and I have two boys, and when I’m not working, I’m usually coaching youth sports, working on a DIY project, running, or spending time outdoors with my family.
